Eventually Events ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website or enquire about an event, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect whatever you choose to provide: your name, email address, proposed event date, event type, and any message you write. This is sent directly to our enquiry inbox via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, and is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, general location (city/country level), device type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with the enquiry information described above.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. For more on how Google handles this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Beyond Google Analytics, we don't use additional tracking scripts or ad networks on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your event.
  • To keep a record of past and prospective clients for our own reference.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Enquiry submissions pass through Formspree (their own privacy policy applies to that transit) and land in our email inbox. We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably useful for our business relationship with you, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@eventually-events.com or reach us on WhatsApp at 0807 924 3695 and we'll handle it personally.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
